B550 Motherboard not showing bios settings

tried to turn if off via cmd powercfg.exe /hibernate off and restart my PC and see if the Asrock logo is showing or the settings to the bios is showing but it does the same, it goes directly to Windows log in. And I turned it off, wait for about 1-2 mins and turn it back on and spam DEL but nothing shows on my monitor for about 2-3mins while my keyboard and mouse are lit up. Now it doesn't go to windows, just blank on my monitor. -
Good day, I just bought an Asrock Steel Legend B550 and every time I turned on my computer it doesn't show the Asrock Logo or the key to access the bios settings, it takes me directly to Windows logo.

Good day everyone, I just wanted to ask if MSI A320M PRO-E is compatible with RYZEN 5 2600, and if so does it bottleneck the CPU? I'm sorry im new to the PC building stuff, it said on the MSI website it does support ryzen 5 2600.

Good day! I just wanted to ask if my MSI A320M PRO-E will have no issues with 8GB ram + 4GB RAM both 2400mhz. I am kinda new at building PC, i have an extra 4gb ram so i just wanted to ask if this will improve my performance.

Thank you! I now regretted buying A320M board, I just build my PC last month. I should have gone for B450, I live in 3rd world country so B450 kinda expensive.
