Yes I'm sure it was caused by sweat so it's 99 percent chance water damage! I know this is hard or impossible to fix, but I would be disappointed! I'm looking for people that have had a similar issue And I'm not sending them, I'd rather buy new ones

Hello everyone. Long story short, after a really sweaty run yesterday with my Samsung AKG earphones(Galaxy S8 ones) , the volume control panel doesn't work anymore. I'm used to do some long biking sessions with them as well, but I get much more sweaty when I run! So I guess because I used the volume control panel with my sweaty hands, most keys don't work anymore. Down volume does nothing, pause resume works BUT every time I click, the volume lowers by 1 increment, and the up volume doesn't work either! Except for the control panel, the sound is 10/10 I tried with different earphones and the control panel works perfectly fine! I know it's not worth sending them cause they are out of warranty and they've become really cheap, and I guess it's not something you can fix easily, but I'd like to try to open the control panel! If you know anything about it, or you can help me with a link or a video, i would appreciate it a lot. Thank you! Cédric
