I power cycled my router and now it connects to the internet.

I tried a new cable and that didn't change anything. It doesn't seem to be clicking into the socket but the inside of the socket looks good. From the back of the motherboard nothing looks bent.

That's what I assumed since it made a weird connection, but the cable was working with another computer earlier today.

I completed my build and when i start windows I have no internet from my Ethernet connection. I have a MSI b450 tomahawk max and I installed the latest driver from MSI's website. The error says there is a broken connect between access point, router or modem. I need help to resolve this issue so I can start using my new build.

Are there any suggestions on a power supply?

What is a good SSD then for a similar price? I want to get the western digital blue NVME instead but the price has gone up due to stocking issues.
