I am currently using Boot Camp and it downloaded Windows on my USB. I plugged my usb into my new build and I just get a blinking white line in the top left. Anybody have any suggestions?!

Bootcamp on my mac is not working :/. How do I use virtual box ?

Every time I try to transfer windows to my USB I get this error message "The item “Win10_1909_English_x64.iso” can’t be copied because it is too large for the volume’s format." I am not sure how to fix this problem. I am using my Macbook as well. I have a 32 GB USB. Thanks for everyones help !
