Do I have to mount my PSU?

So i can’t remove the top panel from my NZXT H710i case and I can’t get it off and I can’t find a video that says step by step how to get it off.

Yes like that but if I fit one in the other doesn’t fit in.

So I bought this new psu from Corsair and online one of the 24 pin connected fits the other one doesn’t fit because the cable is to short what should I do?

So today my new Mainboard arrived and one of four pins on the Cha_fan3 is bend and is it bad( I’m sorryfor my bad English) does it still work if I connect my fans?
