Is a 24 inch monitor too small for 1440p? Because I read that 21-24 inch monitors are ideal for 1080p and 27 inch monitors are ideal 1440p.

So if I were to get an AMD Radeon GPU I should get a AMD Free-sync monitor and if I get an NVIDIA Geforce GPU I should get a G-sync monitor right because its better if they are the same right?

So I am going to build a PC but I am not sure whether I should choose a NVIDIA G-Sync monitor or an AMD FreeSync monitor. So could anyone recommend a good monitor with which ever sync is better. Perfiribly with these specs 24 inch display 144hz refresh rate 1ms response time 1920x1080 resolution.
