my radeon chill cap is staying the same even if i change the cap value or turn it off entirely, ive tried uninstalling the games and rebooting nothing works, ive been playing on 60fps on my 75hz monitor for too long

this has happened in many games where even if i turned off radeon chill, or changed the value, the older cap still remains my csgo is capped of 62, and my fortnite is capped on 69fps

so if i use any cable i can still play at the 75hz and over clock?

because if it doesent it can have less performance and less fps right im also thinking about over clocking the monitor
