I saw in youtube that in stimulation games CPU usage will be matter and GPU to certain extent (minor). thats y i am asking in forums, sir, can u tell y u suggested me 9300 h with 1660 ti spec. my budget is around the price of legion y540

hello i planned to buy a laptop and my main purpose is to do my programming (college) and bit gaming (with game recording) now i am confused about CPU and GPU selection purpose - phython and R prgramming with machine learning - i wanted to play fortnite, COD, PUBG - 60 fps (ultra settings) but majorly i will simultaneously play and record stimuation games like transport fever, anno, settlers. euro truck stimulator etc. my questions are ------------------------ - should i have to get 9300 h or 9750 h - which is best combination for above purpose - I5 9300H with 1660 ti OR I7 9750 H with 1650 - does 10 gen intel cpu will be a good upgrade for me or better to be in 9 th gen bracket - since i am clg student i am on budget which is in range around LEGION y540 approximately. suggest me a good and bang for money spec sale is going on and it will end in other 5 days thank u stay safe and healthy
