  1. Hey everyone, I have put in a rear case fan but I have noticed the the LED does not turn off when I shutdown my PC. The fan stops spinning but the LED light itself remains on all the time. How can I disable this? The only way it turns off is if I shut down the power supply from the rear. Can I go into my bios to disable this? I can shut it off manually through my ASRRGBLED application on my PC but I would have to do that every time. B450 pro4 Motherboard Thanks.
  2. In the market for some more storage as my current m.2 inland premium 500gb SSD is nearing full capacity. I have been doing some reading and have been hearing that if I use the secondary slot for the m.2 on my motherboard that my read/write speeds will slow down as they are sharing a channel. Should I just go with the SATA SSD? I was looking to get this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QQT471T?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1 I have a asrock b450pro motherboard.
  3. are these m.2's? I don't have another slot for these so hoping to get a SATA version.
  4. From the US, something preferably $100 or under.
  5. Hey everyone, currently have a 500gb m.2 ssd card in my current build that is reaching it's capacity. In the market for a new storage drive, any recommendations? Looking for at least 1TB mainly to store files, but would like it to be an SSD.
  6. update: MSI does not have a pixel perfect policy and in order for my monitor to be fixed I would need 5 or more dead pixels....
  7. As the title states, I just bought this monitor about 4 months ago and just noticed I have a dead pixel right in the middle of my screen. I put in an RMA request and was approved, but I have to pay for the shipping there and also it's going to cost my time because ill be out of a monitor until they fix it and send it back. Any programs out there or tricks to maybe resolve this issue before sending it out?
  8. " Two month old PC, specs are included in my signature. Iv'e noticed that recently I am experiencing a longer than normal boot time with my computer. The fans blow at full force and my computer wont boot the asrock bio screen right away. I have also noticed randomly when my computer is on sleep mode and I wake it, the fans will blow at full speed as if it is going to wake up and then it stays like that. It never fully boots up and I am forced to hard shut down my pc. In the chances that it does boot back up it restarts a couple of times until it finally loads my lockscreen. Any ideas on why this is? Nothing is OC.
  9. Hey everyone, I have a 144hz msi ag24c 1ms response time monitor that I use for gaming. I just bought a 60hz ips 5ms response time monitor from amazon that I want to have as a secondary monitor to run discord, itunes, websites etc. Can this still work or will I have issues? Do I plug both these monitors to my nvidia gpu or should I plug the 60hz to my mobo. My main display is hooked up using a DP and this second one would use an hdmi.
  10. Hey everyone, I have an MSI RTX 2060 super installed in my rig (other specs are in my signature) and I am only getting around 80fps on ultra settings. I was watching benchmark videos and on all of them the FPS seems to be way higher. I even get over 110FPS on Modern warfare on the highest setting and I feel as if that game is more demanding on my graphics card. Any trouble shooting issues? P.s have already used DDU and reinstalled drivers and same issue.
  11. I’ve had this issue even before the overclock. At regular settings, any other ideas? I’ll revert it back to stock, how do I enable PBO?
  12. Just built this PC about a month ago, here are my specs: Ryzen 5 3600 Asrock B450 Pro4 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200mhz RTX MSI 2060 Super Matrexx 55 Midtower Inland 512 M.2 SSD 650W Corsair Bronze PSU H100i Platinum RGB. My power supply is this one here :https://www.bestbuy.com/site/corsair-cx-m-series-650w-atx12v-2-4-eps12v-2-92-80-plus-bronze-modular-power-supply-matte-black/5845214.p?skuId=5845214 is 650W enough for my system? I have my Ryzen 5 3600 clocked at 4100 @ 1.375v. Randomly after gaming, if I go to shutdown my computer right away, it doesn't shutdown, instead it reboots itself. Doesn't happen every night but it happens every couple of shutdowns. I get a bug code of 0 and I was reading through the troubleshooting page and it says it could be hardware issue such as a my power supply. My case has three fans installed with rgb and I also added a 120m rgb rear fan as well. Is this all too much for my PSU?
  13. yeah swapped it out for the msi rtx 2060 and same thing.
  14. Recently built a PC and got a 1660 super but found a better and affordable 2060 KO ultra from EVGA. Installed it today and noticed that when playing COD under load, I get a noticable coil whine and a overall it's a pretty loud card that I can hear through my case. Is this normal? Ill attach some sound clips below. Didn't have this coil whine in my previous 1660. Did I just get a bad one? IMG_2373_(1)_Trim.mp4
  15. Just bought myself a 120mm rear case fan (Corsair iCUE SP120) to put into my mattrex 55 add rgb case. After installing I noticed that when I turned it on, only a 4th of the rgb in the fan is turned on. I will attach a photo below. I also have a h100i platinum cooling system and I could not hook up the rgb pin to the cooling system because I don't have an extra slot for it to be attached too. The cord that says attach to rgb hub I connected to my motherboard (asrock b450 pro) in the RGB_LED1 slot. Did I do something wrong? I don't have one of those RGB controllers and I don't really want to purchase one, but is that what I need in this situation?
  16. Recently built my new PC and after doing some research I am swapping out my 1660 super for AMD's 5600xt link below https://www.newegg.com/asrock-radeon-rx-5600-xt-rx5600xt-pgd2-6go/p/N82E16814930029?Item=N82E16814930029. Iv'e heard good things about this card with the new bios update and this seems to include that update through their website. Now my question is, since this is a bit better than the 1660 super, will my other parts bottle neck it or should I be ok? Ryzen 5 3600 ASRock ATX B450 PRO4 motherboard 2 8G sticks of corsair 3200 RAM 550 watt PSU from corsair Corsair H100i Platinum liquid cooling system Windows 10 OS. Matrexx 55 Add RGB Mid tower case
  17. Didn’t help unfortunately. I returned it to stock clock time and am swapping out my 550W battery for a 650W, hope this helps my issue.
  18. is the 5600xt the equivalent to the 1660 super?
  19. Thanks, tweaked it to 1.275, would that be safer? Iv'e noticed after intense gaming, if I were to shut my PC down it would restart as if it crashed. Was thinking that might be due to the voltage
  20. Just pretty much strictly for gaming. Don't really do any editing or streaming. Use it for school work as well but that just includes using word, powerpoint, etc.
  21. Cooler was a birthday gift from a friend, don't plan on returning it lol.
  22. I have a optix MAG27C 144hz monitor. 27in. Got a good deal on it and it's amazing. Unfortunately cant use the frame sync option since I don't have and AMD graphics card.
  23. Recently built my new computer (i'll put the specs below) and I went with the MSI GTX 1660 super. Was scrolling through Amazon the other day and came across the RTX 2060 KO which is a newer graphics card and from my understanding is above the 1660 super. It is about $80 more and I still have a chance to return my 1660, but wanted to get more opinions on whether I should do this or not. This is my first build and want this graphics card to last me for a couple of years. I mainly play FPS such as Modern Warfare, overwatch and some MMO's like league of legends. Thoughts? Ryzen 5 3600 (changed CPU freq to 4100 and set volatage to 1.375) ASRock ATX B450 PRO4 motherboard GTX 1660 super 6GB 2 8G sticks of corsair 3200 RAM 550 watt PSU from corsair Corsair H100i Platinum liquid cooling system Windows 10 OS.
  24. Hey everyone, recently built my first ever PC about two weeks ago, everything is perfectly connected where it should be but I noticed that my PC restarts when told to shut down but this happens only sometimes. The first time it happened I thought I might have hit restart on accident but then it happened two more times and now I am concerned why this is happening. It seems to occur after long sessions of gaming. I get home at around 11 from work and sometimes game until 2am so once I finish my last game I immediately shut off my computer so I am not sure if that is what is causing the issue. Like I said this only happens rarely but I read online that my PC restarts when told to shutdown because it crashes. Being a brand new PC I question why this is happening. Everything is brand new. Specs Ryzen 5 3600 (changed CPU freq to 4100 and set volatage to 1.375) ASRock ATX B4450 PRO4 mother board GTX 1660 super 6GB 2 8G sticks of corsair 3200 RAM 550 watt PSU from corsair Windows 10 OS.
