Weird deal. Done it overclocked or at stock clocks. Under a full mining load. GPU-Z says its it idle limited. Might be, I have run logs and there is nothing to see temps volts all that is stable then it just shifts gears out of the blue. Any ideas

Go back to the basics. Pull everything. Cmos clear. 1 stick RAM cpu boot drive and so on. Thats all you can do.
