  1. Apple's goal is to trap their users in their ecosystem of tech, force them to waste their money to buy their items, and all the while, taking and sending back user's data. Once you join apple you can't leave them, and if you try to it's very difficult. Lets be honest its not Apple doing this to their users, probably other companies as well, but I personally prefer Android because you can make your online activity more private.
  2. Hoping to probably upgrade to the 10th gen if it drops to a low price. Other than that does my system have any real problems E.G Compatibility issues?
  3. Hi all. I'm planning on building a PC and so far this is the layout I've got configured. I just wanted to verify from someone else on the forum who knows more than me, whether all these parts together will be compatible with one another, and won's create any specific problem. Given the current situation I don't want to be purchasing parts and returning them finding out they aren't compatible with one another. Other links and tips for cheaper/better parts would also be appreciated (Cost is measured in AUD). 4. I'm going to get the 1660 Super from Galaxy. Also sorry for the late reply
  5. Hey all. I'm looking to get a GTX 1660 Super, and only realised that I was getting a Galaxy 1660 instead of a MSI 1660. Is there a majour difference between the 2 manufacturers of the same GPU in terms of performance? Or is it just aesthetics differences and manufacturer differences only? Thanks

Just saying the parts at the bottom are from international sellers that I don't know the AUD value is. Also, whats the best reccomendation for a cheap 144hz monitor?
  7. So if I were looking to build a brand new PC, would it be possible to combine different parts from different PC builds from different price ranges. For example, if I were to use a motherboard that would fit with a $500 PC build and combine it with a better graphics card and ram from a $1000 build, would the parts be compatible together? Basically I want to have better performing components that make a big difference to what you do on the computer (Graphics, Ram, Cooling), and have less important components (power supply, SSD, case) of a lower quality. I'm targeting a $750 build.
  8. Give us RAM, Graphics card name, your monitor and most importantly what games you want to play. What you gave is just not enough for us to help you
  9. I mean Apple is mainly criticised for being over priced. I still agree that Apple's products are over priced because there's literally way better phones you can get that perform just as good, or even better than apple's. Another reason why I still hate them is that their phones are so boring. The user interface has and still is the same since the first release o the iPhone. They force you to adapt to their liking. Every other phone's user interface is, to some point, customisable, but apple's nope. This also goes for the MacBooks as well because their interface is just 1000 times more confusing than Windows. If Apple from the start was just a company that worked WITH other companies instead of just working alone, developing their own way for everything, maybe they'd have more appreciation now as a good company
  10. Hey everyone. This might be a weird question but is there any application that I can download that will allow me to compare various different types of CPU's, GPU's, power supply's, motherboards etc with one another that I can download now and use offline or online? Either works. I'd also like it if the app has all the data of that specific component, what it's good at, what it's bad at and all the other necessary information right at my fingertips. Basically an encyclopedia of all, or if not most, the computer parts out there and how they compare against one another. I'd just use it to fiddle around and learn about those components in my spare time without having to go online and search for it to learn in some ways. Don't know if something like this already exists. Would really appreciate some help.
