Recently I have been having this issue more and more and i can't seem to find what causes this. So sometimes when i sit down to do something my keyboard loses power and the lights shut down, as well as my mouse is disabled, when i try plugging them out and in again they do not work. But the screen keeps running and the hardware(motherboard and GPU) lights keep going and all fans work. I have a guess that maybe static electricity is doing something here. All help will be appreciated.

I finally want to upgrade, i watched a ton of LMG and other youtuber videos and ended up on something like this. It would be great if anyone could give me some feedback on this, maybe i could replace some parts with something better. I don't really have anyone else to get good feedback, so i would really appreciate it from you guys!
