Ok thank you. I’m not a overclocker so me not having it installed shouldn’t make any difference because my pc is performing great with out over clocking

Just change platform to am5 7700 with a 4070. Originally didn’t have ryzen master installed. Installed then found games would perform around 50fps less and 1440p uninstalled it and got the fps back any one else had that problem when installed.

16gb at 5200 will be fine will upgrade later just need to get something know as can’t carry over my ddr4

Upgrading from a 11700f switching to am5 was going for a 7700 but found a 7800X3d at decent price

The cheaper boards going to look small In my case

I got about £150 to spend

I have 16gb 3600 but my board what go that high in speed

Was thinking about am5 for future proofing as well with a decent upagrade path

Is there anything i can do to make the most of what i have got I have only got cheap up here tower cooler on it

I have got 165hz monitor at 1440p getting about 120 to 130 with a 4070

Wrc ea stuff like that at 1440p
