    I've been on console my whole life, except for a terrible "gaming" laptop I bought when I was young. Honestly I'm just looking for a build that will run Rainbow well and hopefully be below $700 USD. I've been watching cheap build videos almost all day deciding on parts but who better to ask then someone who was in my position before.
