I think it has got something to do with my ram but also probably my hdmi port monitor working fine tried with a laptop and tried different cables

I repeatedly reseated my ram sticks and after the windows logo it just keeps on glitching still keeps on happening after resetting computer. I tried different hdmi cables but still its not working. plus, only my ddr4 slots 2 and 4 work tried cleaning it for debris but nothing. Now pc wont display anything only black. Could this be a problem of my motherboard hdmi port or ram? IMG_7144.mp4

How do i know if its fried? It looks normal to me

Ryzen 3 2200g gigabyte b450m ds3h Kingston hyper x fury 8gb ddr4 2666mhz (x2) seasonic m12II-520 evo I just upgraded may power supply unit reseated my ram and it booted but my monitor is fluctuating and flickering and constant black screen. Replaced my hdmi with an hdmi to vga cable and it worked but when i tried to try my hdmi cable again theres nothing on the screen only black tried all troubleshooting tips from trying different hdmi cables to removing cmos battery but until now there's only black screen with fans spinning led lights on, mouse and keyboard lights up but only black screen. i think this is a problem of the motherboard but hopefully not and only the cables
