The power connection to my gpu has 6 pins atm, but i can make it 8 easily. either just getting a new cable or (maybe using it with a 2 pin+ the 6 pin also?)

I have an asus ipimb-ar rev 1.02a. I have a 500w powersupply. 300 ish dollar max. My current gpu is a geforce gtx 660, so needs a serious upgrade
