Budget for the case doesn’t really matter just not crazy expensive

Hello i am building a new mini itx pc because my currenct pc is pretty old i have not decided on which case to use i kinda wanna get fractal design nano s or the nzxt h210i the specs are gonna be Videocard: Rtx 2060 super Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z490-I GAMING processor: i7 10700k ssd: samsung evo plus 1 tb Memory: crucial ballistix 3200mhz ddr4 Cooling: Corsair H100x

Hello i wanna build a new pc because my current one is like 8 years old so it’s time for a upgrade my budget is 1500 euro I live in the netherlands the pc is mostly for gaming and for example games like apex legends, minecraft, league of legends i do have 2 144 hertz 1080p monitors any suggestions on wich cpu, motherboard and gpu i should buy?

and what if i got a i7 9700k with a rtx 2080 ti? woul that be a better option

i was thinking about gettng the asus rog strix z390 e gaming

no i don't plan on overclocking it now maybe in the future

wich motherboard would be my best choise this is my most important question
