  1. well would getting a better graphics card make that issue cease?
  2. So i recently started streaming, I have a Geforce RTX 2070 SUPER. I am using the render resolution in call of duty at 100. Sometimes its fine other times my GPU is at 100%. i switched the RR to 75 which put my frames back up to 130-140. If i were to add another same card, would I be able to run at 100 RR or more? I'm playing off at Dell 27" 144hz 1ms monitor. 3. I like the changes, since from what other ideas from going AMD. The only issue with the GPU here is I wanted the option of the two HDMI's and two DPI's. Since my dad might have two monitors, and run HDMI cables to other TV's.
  4. Previously, I was making a new PC for my father. I was given a lot of good options and ideas for it. I only have built one PC before this, so I took a step back and just remade a new version using Intel instead of Ryzen. Back story, I want to build him a computer that will last a while to come. He needs to be able to move over large video and photo files to new hard drives. Also, be able to open up those video, files, pictures fast, without skipping a beat. I know he has other hard drives that I will have to move their memory over as well. With the two SSD's, The 500GB I want to put the OS on, and the 1TB for where he can put files, which in the future can be moved over to an external backup. Any ideas? Thoughts? Criticism is always allowed. 5. Thank you, that's why I wanted to see what someone else would think about it before I go on. I'll look into those parts.
  6. I wanted him to have the option of two HDMI's and DPI's for the GPU. I'll look for the new motherboard as well a PSU, thanks!
  7. accessing big files of folders without a hitch -movies, photos, files,
  8. My computer was 4808 or level 4. Thought it would render a lot faster but still good.
  9. So my dad has had a iMac tha'ts about 12 years old and a all-in-one desktop PC that's about 10 years old. He has many movies on the iMac and photos, also many different records to keep. I've been telling him over and over again to upgrade and he finally caved, but he gave me some things that he wants to be able to do. - Transfer all the photos and videos over to access on a TV in the other room. - Have enough storage to hold files that he can easily and quickly access. - Be able to back up everything to external just in case. I have everything picked out at a reasonable cost. He gave me the limit to spend between 2250-3000 for everything including the monitors. I'm having trouble deciding whether to get him 27" curved or just regular monitors. If there is any ideas to maybe make this better or change it up? I'm only recently getting used to building PC's and don't really wanna get him something that wouldn't be good for the things that he needs. 10. So I bought a pre-built pc around 2015. It was a Lenovo idea-pad tower Y series. I upgrades the GTX 970 to a 1070. That was pretty good running for those 5 years. Spent 1100$ on the tower and 450 at the time for the new graphics card. I got a job that pays better this year so I saved up some money to buy a a top line PC. Spent almost 2800$ on everything except my existing keyboard and mouse. Now I've been using the mother boards " GAME BOOSTER" to try to overclock it, but I would to hear other peoples ideas of what I should test out of do to use this beast for whats it worth. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/unceasingbridge/builds/#view=yBfH99 OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363 Other OS Description Not Available OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Manufacturer Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.
