Hello, So my ULX just arrived yesterday and its been running smoothly no issues, but the only issue i have is i always play on 4k polling rate and for some reason on desktop when i try to drag something from one my main monitor to 2nd monitor it just snap to the edge or get stuck i cant get it to the other monitor unless i go really fast but when i lower my polling rate to 500 it seems fine no issues, i plugged my old mous (llogitech superlight 2) and everything is fine i hope you can assist me with a fix. thank you for your time,

what im trying to figure out is that some ppl say they would go for a rayzen 7 3700x + 2070 super instead of a Ryzen 5 3600 + 2080 super, some of them say to avoid bottelnecking ? some say its a newer cpu with a great gpu will give a better fps and smoothness, what do you think about that ? tbh thats main confusion for me -
