I had that card second hand some time ago and was having some issues with temperature/clocks. As it happened, the thermal paste was garbage so I changed it for some decent staff and the card started performing as it should. Your temperatures are weird so it does not seems to be exactly the same problem but you could give it a try. While dismantling the card you car also check connections, etc...... It almost seems that the readings from the sensor are wrong.

I am using it and works OK regarding temperatures. I will upgrade in the future to a noctua just because of the noise, as it is quite loud under load.
