So I have no personal experience with this question, I'm just genuinely curious if anyone knows, Why does ESD cause damage? I have been searching up online some possible answers and sadly none seem to explain WHY, only that it does it. I don't just mean "Because its electricity, stupid!" I mean what happens in the components that cause them to die or damage.
