Should I buy a cooler or will the stock on be alright?

I'm going to be building my first system soon, and want to ask if 3600mhz RAM would work on a MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON motherboard, which on the MSI website says it supports up to 3466MHZ

I will be doing CAD design on the system also what about streaming will the 3600X be able to handle that well?

I will consider it now since im gonna go with a 3600X instead and a b450 mobo

Its hard to find a b450 board with wifi in the UK, if you could help that would be brilliant. I will probably end up going for the 3600

Is a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Super Windforce OC gonna fit in a be quiet! PURE BASE 500?

I'm looking for help with my first build, the primary usage will be gaming and CAD design. I've got a budget of around £1500 however due to extra charges for UK it will be somewhat equivalent to a $1500 build, but you can go a little higher. I would prefer to have a normal block cooler instead of liquid cooling and no peripherals nor windows key should be included.
