Hmmm Even if this is a possible solution, I don't really have a spare oven to dedicate to this. Can it be done in a regular oven too?

Hi guys So I have had this r9 390 nitro since 2016. In the summer of 2018, after I moved houses, my pc would boot up but then I would get no display. The card works fine without any drivers but as soon as I install a drive, the display blacks out although the pc itself is working. I have a 550 watt power supply and my new CPU ( r5 2600) doesn't have on board graphics. Please help, I don't wanna spend money on a new card if this one can be restored
