  1. winner, winner, chicken dinner... reducing the multiplier down to 33.33 brings me up to ~3342mhz. Still a bit peeved but will accept 92.83% of what was expected.
  2. My new build features a GIGABYTE X570 AORUS PRO WIFI AMD Ryzen 3000 PCIe 4.0 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.2 AMD X570 ATX and G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800). Per CPUIDZ, task manager, and the BIOS I get 2133mhz of speed despite enabling the XMP and flashing to the latest BIOS offered by Gigabyte, 12e. The board supports speeds of up to 4000mhz; whenever I enable XMP or try to manually set speed to 3000mhz (don't know why I can't see 3600), the motherboard cycles 3 times before going back to 2133mhz with XMP off. Any ideas? I'm using a Ryzen 7 3700x.
