Hello guys first of all I'm sorry if this is under a wrong category.
Now I recently ordered a pre-built PC online (first and last time I made that mistake), PC itself is a budget machine, pretty decent with RX580 8GB, I5 3470 3,20ghz, 8GB of DDR3 ram (4x2).
This is my issue, I have to completely cut the power to the PC to connect the cable from it to either monitor or tv then it properly shows the signal on the screen.
If I accidentally disconnect the cable the signal disappears and plugging it back in won't work, shutting down the PC normally won't work either, only way to fix it is as I said to either turn of the switch on the back side or to unplug the PC from the outlet, then it start showing on the screen normally.
Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?
