    Alright so that 95° on the die is normal because it's before the heat has been transferred to the Heat sink. That makes sense, thanks!

    Hello so here's my problem: After installing my 3700x I stress-tested to ensure stability because of the overclock. I monitored the CPU Temps with HWInfo and Aida64. I was confused after noticing that my CPU (Tctl/Tdie) Temps in HWInfo were arround 95° with a Dark Rock Pro 4. Further down the sensor list is another CPU Temp reading from the motherboard (See attachment) which is 65° (same as Aida is displaying). Which one is the real CPU temp? Thanks.
