I reinstalled drivers and it works fine now without overclocking on defaults. I'm going to try to overclock again tomorrow, thanks for the help.

Overclocked my 1050 Ti with afterburn then went to test it on a couple of games. All of the games tested hit very low fps (7 fps was about the max). I've reset the overclocked settings back to default and restarted but it hasn't worked. All games now run at low fps.
