Hello everyone. Tech illiterate newbie here. I got a ASUS Rog Strix RTX2060 6GB Gaming card and am looking to upgrade my RAM on these specs: OS: Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit System Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. System Model: M32CD_A_F_K20CD_K31CD Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM Available OS Memory: 8118MB RAM Page File: 8403MB used, 5089MB available From Intel's website: Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type): 64 GB Memory Types: DDR4-1866/2133, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V Max # of Memory Channels: 2 Max Memory Bandwidth: 34.1 GB/s ECC Memory Supported: No Am I correct that this means without overclocking the max speed this motherboard supports is 2133Hz for DDR4 RAM? I checked at what speeds my ram runs using CPU-Z it was calculated to be exactly 2133Hz. Worth noting I won't be messing around with overclocking. There are two ram slots and I want to upgrade to 16GB of ram using two 8GB sticks. Can I grab any respectable brand of DDR4 2400Hz sticks of ram and call it a day? Or should I stick with 2133Hz ram because that's the max supported speed? There are a few 2133Hz DDR4 options available where I live but they look quite old and the 2400Hz options are far more available. Your advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the info, I was actually just about to buy a new one before this post. I guess time will tell but someday I'll probably grab a 550 or 650W PSU

I'm quite tech illiterate but recently bought and hooked up an ASUS Rog Strix RTX2060 6GB Gaming card to my computer with these specs: OS: Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit System Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. System Model: M32CD_A_F_K20CD_K31CD Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM Available OS Memory: 8118MB RAM Page File: 8403MB used, 5089MB available As for PSU: The first time I booted up my PC after putting in the 2060 it started and then turned off suddenly and I thought that it could be a power supply issue. By itself a second later it booted up the BIOS screen and I clicked continue without changes and soon after everything worked fine (after I installed the GPU driver). The two LEDS on the GPU are always flashing white so from what I've read I think that's a good sign. Can I play a heavy game like COD: Warzone or PUBG at high settings or should I stick to low settings until I can upgrade my PSU? As a note I would like to record and use Nvidia Highlights. Would the following PSU be a better idea with the specs listed or should I just stick with this one? Link Your advice is greatly appreciated folks!
