nice, thanks for taking the time. i like the choices you made. one thing i had in mind was trying to make sure i had pci ex 4 slots in the motherboard for future upgrades what are your opinions on this?

so i'm keen on buying a really good future proof computer to play fps games, the next battlefield main focus, lol so i live in Australia and i'd like to spend between 3000 and 4000 AUD i am keen on a 240HZ monitor with 1ms, because i LOVE high frame-rates and buttery smooth movement and i was looking at some of the new AMD chips for a build i put together... but i am so out of the loop, my last pc was in like 2006 so i really am only looking into this again for the first time in years! have been a console player since my last pc went kaput. so my choice of mouse and keyboard are kinda set in stone, and the screen i think is a nice choice. but i'm sure everyone here will laugh at my novice choices for whatever reason, please tell me what you think, or might suggest otherwise. here's a link to what i put together, bit blown on budget but that's why i'm here https://www.mwave.com.au/sharecart/c896edb0-a33e-4f56-a48c-5d4766c4ea69 i think the cpu might be a bad choice but i dunno... help? lol all i really really play is fps and mil sim, but thinking about jumping into vr, but not convinced with it yet.. so the budget like AUD $4000ish i'm open to any suggestions your advice would really help me make a decision. thank you very much
