The only network driver I have is called "Realtek Gaming GbE Family Controller" and it's up to date.

My Old PC has no graphics card, an i5 4590, 16GB DDR3 and a Gigabyte GA-Z937X-Gaming 3 Motherboard My New PC has a GTX 1070, Ryzen 7 3700X, 16GB DDR4 and a ASUS TUF-Plus x570 Motherboard I ran a speed test on my new PC and getting around 18 ping, 100 Mbps Download and 2 Mbps Upload on a 350Mbps Download and 30Mbps Upload Internet. Then I ran a speed test on my old pc and got what’s expected from my internet. 350Mbps Download and 30Mbps Upload. I am so confused and it’s really frustrating. I get terrible lag spikes in games on my new PC.. I don’t know what’s going on.

I really need some help guys. I've noticed the internet on my newer PC isn't as good on my old pc. I only found this out today as I tried a speed test on my old pc and it's much higher speeds. I am really confused and upset. Please help me, what could be the issue??
