  1. Hey guys new to the forums but have been a watcher for quite a while. I am in the process of looking for a new laptop. The main uses for it are going to be some gaming, mainly only e-sports titles with some potential streaming with the chance of possibly using a capture card from my Xbox when I do this. I will also be doing some programming on it as I am currently trying to learn how to code. I know that my best option would be to go out and build a new PC however I travel often enough that the laptop is more beneficial for me. With my budget I have narrowed down to roughly 3 options. First is an Asus TUF FX505 with a AMD Ryzen 5 and a Radeon RX560X. I can currently source this locally for around $569. The laptop I am replacing is an Asus ROG GV46W so this seems to be the closest to that. Next is the HP Pavilion 15 Gaming with a Intel 9th Gen I5 8300H and a Nvidia 1050 which I can get for roughly $649 locally, and finally would be an Acer Nitro 5 with a 7th Gen i5-7300HQ and a Nvidia 1050 which seems to have a crazy varying price constantly. One thing with all of them is they come with only 8 Gigs of Ram which I plan on upgrading to 16 almost immediatly on all of them. I also plan on running it with a secondary monitor and peripherals when I am at home. Now I would also consider looking at a pre-built. I am trying to stay at a budget for roughly $700 - $800 for the PC and will spend extra on Peripherals. Any suggestions on these would be great and any links would be helpful. So which of these 3 options would you go with, or any suggestions you may have to source? Any help would be perfect. Thanks.
