  1. I managed to update my iCUE software and then it recognized the pump as a controllable device. I set the RPM to Extreme which sent it into 6000 rpm, still it did not cool down in 10 minutes of idling on the desktop only with iCUE open. I removed the back panel on the PC and I didn't notice any particular heat from the backside of the motherboard. Is it then likely that it is the mobo that is getting a false reading and throttles th CPU back?
  2. Update: I managed to install iCUE and it recognizes my IO Pump as the H100i and does not offer any kind of adjustments for it. In the BIOS it says that it spins at a constant 600 rpm, is this a sign of it going bad?
  3. I dont seem to have time to set up the program before it gets too hot and I have to power down. What if I connect a random fan to the CPU FAN plug and connect the pump directly to PSU?
  4. I've tried moving it to CPU fan but the speed remains the same. The micro usb plug on the bottom of the cooling block is connected to USB 2, tried USB 1 on the motherboard. I dont know if it makes a difference, or if its just a data connection
  5. Could it possibly have something to do with the fact that I plugged th contol cable into PUMP_FAN1 instead of CPU_FAN1?
  6. Yes, they are pushing down into the radiator. The airflow seems to be good enough.
  7. It will probably take me a while though, seeing as I am completely snowed in.
  8. I feel a slight vibration in the pump. The tubes are beginning to feel warmer pretty fast
  9. This happens after three minutes of idle in the BIOS. I can try to swap it into another motherboard and see if it changes anything.
  10. All of the fans spin correctly. The exhaust fan has a bad bearing but it spins crazy
  11. Would you recommend using the BIOS or HW Monitor to monitor voltages? I will try feeling around for heat but I definately did hear fluid start upon startup and then it quieted down after a second or two. Also I saw in the BIOS that the pump was rotating at 1000 rpm or so
  12. Its 100C, I haven't thought about touching it though. It takes about four minutes for it to get all the way up in temp
  13. I just bought an MSI MPG Z370 GAMING PLUS and an i7 9700K, and I am using my Corsair H110i to cool it all down. I am using the same setup of the radiator and pump as I did with my old Asus PRIME Z-270 K and i5. The contact with the CPU seems solid and I've even tried putting the thermal compound on again a few times to no avail. The CPU seems to quickly climb it's way up to 100 degrees while idle in the BIOS and on the desktop. I have not attempted to overclock it in any way. When inspecting the behavior of the pump in the BIOS it seems to be spinning normally and there are no leaks or weird noises coming from the pump.
