Thanks i found the settings in icue to "balance" the curve rather than "quiet" so hopefully that works? i will test it out tomorrow when i stream and hopefully it doesnt rev, ill post my results thanks for replying so fast.

9900k - base clock Rtx - 2080 super, over clocked Z390-e gaming Asus EVGA 750w G3 Corsair h115i So I have a 2 PC set up for streaming, and I don't remember when it started but it has been doing this off and on where when I'm in game my AIO starts to rev off and on(video linked) above is the specs listed on my problem gaming computer. If I were to guess it is either an AIO issue, or a power issue. I'm worried I have too much stuff plugged into one plug? 2 pcs and 2 monitors? Halp.
