ok so strange update i removed all the ram (32 gigs ddr3) it dosent loop but i still cant acssess the bios any ideas

@NZgamer thank you but i do have the file its suppose to be renamed but im not sure to what thow also the corruption has thrown the pc into a red boot loop

so i got a corrupt bios on the board i am trying to use the bios flashback i plug in the usb and press the botton it flashes for a few seconds then goes soled which means its not reconsidered im not sure what to rename the file to i was told Z97S2U31 ive worked in IT for a few years and this problem has me stumped any ideas or another file name would be greatly appreciated thank you -Garrett
