  1. If 3600 is out of your price range r5 1600 AF is alot cheaper and almost as good.
  2. I would actually going for amd r5 3600, its around the same price but is alot better for most applications and games, it also comes with a cooler, but as I mentioned is a bit more expensive.
  3. And number 2, You can get a r5 3600 for 150 dolars cheaper and it is alot better, not sure why you are trying to get a r7 1700 for 300 dollars, for that much you can get a r7 3700. Hope this helps.
  4. I would recommend getting a gtx 1070, rtx 2060 or rx 5600.
  5. Don't forget the AF, so the r5 1600 AF
  6. You can probably cut down on the ram to 2400 mhz, I have 800 mhz ddr3 and see no difference between it and my bros 3200mhz.
