Its called A-XMP for mine.

I just enabled the XMP. It's just whenever I try to get on a game. The startup is fine, It's just once I get into the actual game everything's just choppy. Youtube and other streaming apps run completely fine though even at 1080p.

I'm using a Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive, and I have not even touched the BIOS just cause I really didn't know what to do. The ram is ddr4-3200

I just recently built a new pc but it is running very slow despite it having some pretty good parts. I'm new to building so i honestly have no idea what I'm doing.
