    I had this exact problem and I just solved it! I've got 500Mb via Hyperoptic and I was being throttled over Ethernet and WiFi down to 150Mb for some reason. Speeds shot up when I disabled Killer Device Prioritisation. Its useless to me anyway since I dont have any killer enabled devices. Thats the solution.
