the current system is i7 - 7700k STRIX Z270E GAMING GTX 1080 FTW by EVGA 64GB Corsair CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 4x16GB WD Blue SATA M.2 250GB Toshiba DT01ACA300 3TB so I want to upgrade this pc to i7 - 7900k Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard Samsung 860 Evo 2 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive the reason of upgrading: I recently got HWID banned from valorant by using Nviadia inspector to increase FPS will this upgrading help me avoiding HWID ban. Do I need a new window system?

Hi guys, when playing PUBG or Rainbow 6 Siege. My GPU just running 60%~75% and CPU 80% most of the time while My FPS in game is around 100fps in pubg and 200fps in R6S. Is my system bottlenecked? Is there anything I can fix this. I noted that while Streaming my CPU temp is up to 92~95 C Degree. and 85 C ( non-streaming). If upgrade would help, what should I upgrade? here is my system: i7-7700k GTX 1080 FTW 32GB ddram Z290E Asus motherboards H60 AIO
