I took my pc to service center and they tested everything and found that ram,psu not working. Pc will be used for graphic design and little gaming (pes,fifa,call of duty)

I have now( i3 4150 +H81M s2pv+no gpu+1tb hdd) ram and power supply are not working. My upgrade budget 500$.

Well 1650 super will cost me 200$ And used i7 4770 will cost me 120 to 150 $ And i don't want to get i7 now Because after 1 year i will get new gen cpu and mobo(cpu and mobo price is too high in my country) and keep everything same
