So let's say my budget was $1600, how much of an advantage was 32gb of 3600mhz give me over 16gb?

Wow I actually like that a lot, but how would one flash the bios on the B450 mobo to allow compatibility for the newer chipset?

So I'm wanting to build a new PC. I'm eyeing a $1500 budget based on performance, I dont care for the light show. I'm eyeing the 3700x and 2070 Super. I'm expecting to be GPU bottlenecked which is better than CPU bottleneck. I'm wanting to play escape from tarkov which is ran on the poorly optimized unity engine and just eats up CPU power which is why I want the 3700x. Thoughts?
