https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rMfMcT I want to know if this is a good PC build to game on. Need help finding out what power supply works best with this build. Also is 32GB of RAM overkill for gaming ? Should I settle with 16GB ?

Can I trust Spicy Bomb ? I wanna order a Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super and the only people currently selling it is buy a seller that goes by "spicy bomb". I was wondering if you've bought anything from them in the past. Or should I just wait on Gigabyte to restock on Amazon or Newegg ? -

this is off topic but you know how on ps4 and xbox you can start a party so that only the people in that party can hear you and not the people in game chat can, how do I start a "party" on PC, I know about discord and how you can make calls but I don't know if that blocks your voice from being heard in-game. -
