  1. My son's computer keyboard, monitor and mouse would not turn on. I recently bought him a new RX590 for Christmas. We suspected it was possibly the PSU or MB causing the issue. The PSU was a 600 watt. So we decided to just completely upgrade his system. We replaced everything except for the GPU, SSD and Case. I wiped the SSD and installed a fresh Win10 Pro OS. Everything worked! Things were working great but then while he was watching YouTube the keyboard, monitor and mouse died again. I don't know the MB BIOS version. Probably what came on it. Below are my troubleshooting steps with no success. Any suggestions for what I can do? It's weird that the GPU worked in a new system. It worked in the rebuilt system and then the KVM died again. I turned off the computer, pulled the power, pulled the cmos battery, pulled the RAM and GPU and let it sit for a day. Pressed the power button a few times. I put it all back together and no KVM and the White VGA light on the motherboard is lit. More Troubleshooting: Tried new monitor, new cables (DVI, DP and HDMI) Tried new power strip and used a Back-UPS. Tried new GPU (Radeon HD 5870) I even tried using a USB Win10 boot drive - None of this worked Put GPU into another working system, ops ck good.
