My build is a Ryzen 5 5600x, 32 GB of RAM CL16, RTX 3060ti, MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK, NZXT C850w and I get microstutters/frame drops, I have wiped my os about 5 times in the past month, I’ve done everything that I know to try to troubleshoot my computer and I made sure my SSDs weren’t dying, both are at 96% and 100%. It just seems like the issue is getting worst, I reseated all the motherboard power cables, made sure my psu wasn’t failing and made sure the cables were in correctly, reseated cpu and gpu, my temps are fine and the main I get my issue in is in Dead By Daylight, I’ve tried PBO, I’ve tried resizable bar and another issue I just realized is that while playing Dead By Daylight, my cpu usage fluctuates, don’t know if that’s normal, it usually fluctuates from 50% down till at the most 8% while in game. I also cleared my bios and nothing, I made sure my cores were unlocked, ram the game on high priority, I only have 15 background processes, so that’s not an issue, I just want to know what I’m doing wrong, and could someone recommend me a good intel cpu and motherboard, I might just consider switching at this point. I have a Ryzen 5 5600x(NEW), MSI B550 MAG TOMAHAWK (NEW), RTX 3060Ti (NEW), c850 80+ gold certified (NEW), 2x8 GB of RAM 3600Mhz CL18 (about 1 year old) also the temps and usage on cpu and gpu are normal, I also play on low graphic settings and I get frame drops in Dead By Daylight and some textures don’t fully load in till I get close to an object, I also face that issue in Apex Legends, and I’ve researched that too high of ram timings could cause frame drops but I’m not to sure, my ram timings are 18 - 22 - 22 - 42, voltage is 1.348, is there anything I can do to fix this issue, I’ve already ordered new ram but I can’t continue to play games with this issue going on

Is the encoder difference that big of a deal between these two cards or no?

I'm planning on streaming with a Ryzen 5 5600x and RX 6700XT with 32GB of RAM clocked @3600mhz CL16 or should I buy a 3060ti?

Hello people, I've came here to see if someone could help me solve my problem. I'm a normal/active player of the game Dead By Daylight, and sometimes I get microstutters/frame drops, I've tried optimizing my PC, disabling services, I had a clean install of Windows because I was stuck in boot loop, This problem has been going for months even when I had a Ryzen 3 3100. I have clean installed my game drivers, I've tried Game Mode, I've tried DBD Optimization Files and nothing seems to work. I have an overclock on my GTX 1080 and its stable and it has never caused me problems and dbd is the only game that gives me microstutters/frame drops, I have unlocked my cores, set my RAM to its advertised speeds but nothing seems to work, even on low I get some microstutters/frame drops time to time, I even optimized my NVIDIA Control Panel Graphic settings, I turn on HAGS, I made DBD run in High Priority, I have my FPS capped at 120 FPS, MY temps aren't the problem as my gpu sits at 55-60C and my cpu sits at 46-53C please someone help me, thanks! I have a Ryzen 5 5600x, ZOTAC GTX 1080 AMP Edition (GPU is like 2 Years Old), Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM 3600 MHz (2x8GB) CL18, MSI B550 Mag Tomahawk, Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 Rev 4, 4 Corsair LL120 Fans.

is it ok if the fans are behind the radiator and set as pull/intake?

I have a liquid freezer ii 280 rev and my case is Corsair 5000d Airflow, the 280 rad doesn't fit at the top of my case, my motherboard is msi b550 mag tomahawk and cpu is ryzen 5 5600x at stock overclock/boost. Is it ok if i front mount my aio and should i do push or pull. please and thank you :)

Do you have any suggestions for fans?

I have a tempered glass panel, when I took it off, I had 75C max, and my gpu fans was at 100%, my friend just suggested me to get fans because I only have one case fan and it is only an exhaust and it's the fan that came with the case

I legit just upgraded from an i7-2600, RX 470 and 8GB of DDR3 RAM (single channel cause my motherboard broke) to a Ryzen 3 3100, GTX 1080 and 16 GB RAM, so what’s a good upgrade? A Ryzen 5 3600 ? Also what is “Pascal” I never heard of that term before ?
