  1. Thank you for your answers guys...I realized it today as well.
  2. We have some old spare parts at home and we want to create a Home Cinema PC. The CPU is an old AMD FX 8300 and the GPU is an Nvidia 1050. Now I know that the FX Cpus are bad for gaming but we thought about putting together all of the pre-mentioned hardware and create a small home cinema pc. The thing is that usually in terms of graphics the GPU is the most important thing but in in every home build pc I have seen they don't even use one they rely upon the integrated graphics of the CPU. The GTX 1050 is gonna easily support a 4k 60HZ 65' inch display for movies and stuff right? Thanks in advance for all the answers.
  3. Hello everyone, I would like to thank everyone in advance for their answers. I have a simple xlr microphone (BM800) i bought couple of years back from Amazon and I used it with a usb splitter which worked fine. The problem was that the splitter was to cheaply made and the weight of the xlr pin was too much for it ending up in constant disconnections etc. I recently bought this product (also from Amazon). It is an XLR to USB adapter. I know know that they are not the best but my problem is that I installed the drivers and I followed the manufacturers instructions. The device in the Device Manager is recognized as USB Serial Converter in the Universal Serial Buss Controllers Tab AND as a USB Serial Port (as the manufacturers manual was stating) see the following pics. However I cannot seem to get it recognised as a microphone or any type of audio device. Has anyone experienced sth similar? Or do you have any advice for this? Dimi
