can you share any screenshot please I can not find that option in wattman or afterburner both start with 1750mhz to 1800mhz but no lower option.

not really, and amd global wattman only have increase option,which software would be safe and easy? any recommendation?

yes I did that and did not work I even reinstall windows that did not help either

any ideas what causing this or any info about reset bios or whatever any chances??thanks anyway....

Please help I cant not find this card's bios or I have any idea what happen to this card.. GPU memory stuck in max ,have not used this card about 5 year, last game I played was MKX and it was running fine but now PC hangs and black screen after 2/3 min and it happening to all old games, please help at last in this bad time I can play games with my little brother.here screenshot(please excuse my bad English)
