  1. I did and did. Still froze after about 4-5 minutes of joining a multiplayer pvp game in D2. Kinda losing hope now.
  2. I updated the bios last night but didn't seem to fix anything, and even updated the Nvidia drivers too, but still no fix. I'm uninstalling and reinstalling now.
  3. Perhaps it auto updated a faulty driver while I was out? Should I do a complete reinstall of the Nvidia drivers?
  4. PC: Aurora R6 GPU- GTX 1070 CPU- i7 7700 RAM- 16 DDR4 I've had this issue since starting this year. PC would randomly just freeze, the game would crash, and I would hear stuff in the background, but both my monitors Displays would freeze, even if I was still able to talk to my friends on Discord. Honestly, I wasn't sure what fixed it, but I just upped my fan speeds. I had honestly thought it was because the pc wasn't detecting my memory but it really was fine. Prior to the first incident, constant freezes like that were scarce. Next day would work like nothing ever happened. Today, however, after leaving my PC on in the morning because I was doing homework and had to step out, then coming back later on in the night to the same screen, I started playing, and maybe 15 minutes in, it did the usual game freeze. Unfortunate, sure, but it shouldn't happen again. But it happened 3 more times, I switched to another game, same thing, froze the exact same way. Once it does this, the only way for me to get the computer responsive again would be to hold the power button and force reset it. I noticed however that my Clock speed spiked crazily. MSIAfterburner would tell me that my temp was at 63 c, but my GPU clock went from 1506 to 1960-1990MHz, which is way past the boost marker too. First time i kinda noticed it doing this. I'm unsure what to do here, as there isn't really anywhere online that could help Ran a test; UserBenchmarks: Game 71%, Desk 74%, Work 52% CPU: Intel Core i7-7700 - 74.9% GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 - 75.6% SSD: Toshiba THNSN5256GPUK NVMe PCIe M.2 256GB - 90.7% HDD: HGST Travelstar 7K1000 2.5" 1TB - 50.6% USB: SanDisk Cruzer 32GB - 7.8% RAM: Samsung M378A1K43CB2-CRC 2x8GB - 71.4% MBD: Alienware Aurora R6
