I would be running both. Gaming in Bootcamp and daily work in OS X. Ok, good to know that the 21:9 would work. I guess if I got a 32:9 on Amazon and it didn't work it could always go back. It would have to run DP in order to get the higher refresh correct?

Ok, so I am considering getting a 120/144hz 49" Super Ultrawide monitor for use with both my late 2015 27" iMac and my late 2019 15" MacBook Pro. The question I have is FIRST, will they both be able to run the displays (at 60hz min) and SECOND, would the MacBook be able to run it at 120/144hz. Next, the choice is 120hz QHD or 144hz 1080. Could the iMac run the QHD at at least 60hz? MacBook QHD at full 120hz? The iMac has the Radeon M395 and the MacBook has the Radeon 555x Thanks for any help!

Constant Thermal Throttling

I'll give that a shot. Everything is pretty darn clean. It is only a year old and I just got it. -
I'm not sure what is happening but in XTU, my GS65 9750h shows constant thermal throttling. Temp is steady around 95ish. Is there something that would cause the constant throttling?
