I did the Dosdude1 Catlina Patcher and it got stuck, and I couldn’t boot back into MacOSX High Serria, so I formatted the internal drive, and now i’m here

There is NO os on it, so I tried internet recovery... and this happened

The drive was formatted COMPLETELY, so, I don’t think it will work
