  1. Try unparking your cores. https://www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility
  2. Have you tried going into the nvidia control panel and tried to change it there?
  3. I did a ping test on my phone and it did not jump as many times as my PC did. The highest on my phone like 43 and on my pc 126. In my opinion, that's a big difference so I think I am going to go for the PCIe cards. Thank you all for responding.
  4. Oh I just realized that my laptop is literally right next to my router and my PC is in the next room from my router. Maybe that is the reason.
  5. Oh ok, I looked at the PCIe card he recommended me and it looks like it won't extend to the top of my desk as my netgear has an extender. Do you think having my pc below my desk is going to make it slower?
  6. It doesn't matter what connector it is. To specify, it could be USB 2 or 3 and it could be a PCIE. My speeds are 150 mbps and 10 upload. Yes, I'm sure that it is the netgear adapter because I used my laptop to do a ping test, and it didnt spike up to 150 or even 200 as what my netgear adapter does.
  7. I'm currently using the NETGEAR A6210 USB internet adapter and it lag spikes time to time and makes my online gaming very frustrating at times. Any suggestions as to what internet adapter I could get under 30 bucks?
  8. Ah okay, so it might be a graphics issue. Try updating the graphics drivers. If that doesn't work, I'm looking at replacing that PSU.
