i checked the website for the bios his matches up with the curent I tried Rufus installed onto flash drive booted and went to Disc Boot and scan disc was there

I ran the windows 10 download and i selected the USB drive and it installed it onto the USB scandisk drive https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Good evening everyone , I am trying to help my friend install windows 10 Fresh onto his new hard drive . We downloaded windows 10 onto a USB flash with the windows install website link We we hit F12 for boot menu the scandisk is not listed only USB-HDD USB-CDROM USB-ZIP USB FDD ZIP CDROM HARD DISC LS120 LEGACY LAN in the bios legacy USB is checked and i even tried diff USB ports on his mother board When i selected USB-HDD it does not boot with the flash drive Any ideas? any help would be great
